Ordering IBC totes for delivery is straightforward, but a little preparation ensures everything goes smoothly. Whether you're receiving one tote for your farm or a truckload for your warehouse, here's what to expect.

Before Delivery Day

Verify access: Our delivery trucks are standard flatbeds or box trucks. Ensure your delivery location has: - A driveway or access road at least 10 feet wide - Overhead clearance of at least 13 feet - Turnaround space for a truck 30-40 feet long - Level ground at the delivery point

Forklift availability: If you're receiving IBCs on pallets (standard), you'll need a forklift or pallet jack at the delivery site to offload. If you don't have one, let us know in advance — we can bring equipment for an additional fee.

Ground preparation: IBCs should be placed on level, solid ground. Concrete is ideal. Compacted gravel works for outdoor storage. Avoid soft ground, grass, or slopes that could cause tipping.

Space planning: Each IBC occupies a 48" × 40" footprint. Plan your storage layout in advance, leaving adequate space between rows for forklift access (minimum 10 feet for a standard forklift aisle).

Delivery Day

Our drivers will: 1. Call 30-60 minutes before arrival to confirm 2. Position the truck as close to your desired placement as possible 3. Offload IBCs using our truck-mounted equipment or your site forklift 4. Place IBCs in your specified location (ground level only — we don't stack on delivery) 5. Collect payment if not pre-paid 6. Provide delivery receipt with quantity and condition notes

Receiving Tips

When IBCs arrive: - Inspect immediately. Check each unit for transport damage before signing the delivery receipt. - Note any issues on the receipt and contact us within 24 hours for damage claims. - Photograph everything for your records. - Check valve positions — valves should be in the closed position with dust caps in place. - Verify quantity and grades match your order.
